Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ THESE TWO PAGES CAREFULLY BEFORE COMMITTING TO THE TERM
- A minimum of 6 hours notice is required through TutorBird to receive a make up session.
- It is the parent’s responsibility to organise a make-up session through TutorBird. Please be aware these can be difficult to schedule and the original tutor will not always be available.
- Make-up Lessons are not carried over to the following term.
- Missed lessons will not be deducted from term fees.
- Fees will not be rolled over to the next term.
- 1 weeks’ notice is required for cancellation of enrolment.
- Fees are charged per term – due by the date on the invoice
- Overdue fees are applicable
Please note - while we attempt to accommodate make-up lessons tutors’ timetables and availability can affect which tutor is available for your child for a make up session.
Thank you for your co-operation regarding this matter.
PLEASE READ AND CONSIDER THE CANCELLATION AND LESSON POLICY BELOW.
CANCELLATION & MAKEUP LESSON POLICY
Once your child has had their day(s) and time(s) booked for their lesson(s), it is the expectation of Noosa Tutoring Centre and their teachers providing tuition that your child will attend on a weekly basis.
Please ensure that you read the following:
- All lessons are charged on a term basis based on the Qld Department of Education school terms and must be paid for, including cancelled lessons.
- If your child does not show up for their lesson without cancelation on TutorBird, the lesson is forfeited and no make up lesson is given. Please note in this situation we still pay our teachers who are there for the students.
- If you child will not be present for part of the term let us know so that we can arrange make-up lessons earlier.
- A MAKEUP LESSON WILL BE GIVEN WITH A MINIMUM OF 6 HOURS PRIOR NOTICE.
- The Noosa Tutoring Centre will offer a maximum of 3 makeup lessons a term.
- A makeup lesson will not be offered if there are outstanding fees.
We do understand that there will always be extenuating circumstances and in those instances Noosa Tutoring Centre will decide if a makeup lesson will be given – some notice will always be required.
PLEASE NOTE
- It is the parent’s responsibility to organise a makeup lesson through TutorBird
- Makeup lessons are not carried forward into the next term
- Missed lessons will not be deducted from term fees – except at the fault of the centre
- A makeup lesson will not be offered if there are fees outstanding
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and remember – REGULAR ATTENDANCE ONLY ENHANCES YOUR CHILD’S LEARNING.
